Horrific animal abuse discovered at a halal abattoir in Yorkshire. In an undercover video workers are shown hacking and sawing at the animals' throats with blunt knives. The killing procedure, which according to Islamic law should be instantaneous, took five attempts.

Among the the cruelty cases were a dog repeatedly slashed with a knife by his owner, two small puppies buried alive, more than 30 rabbits and guinea pigs living amongst dead animals and an emaciated pony pinned to the ground.
